Well, in this article, we will provide you with some kitchen cleaning tips that will give you an idea on how to clean the kitchen tiles.

Cleaning Your Kitchen Tiles

Cleaning a tile floor isn’t very difficult. As your regular tile cleaning, take a damp mop and simply wash off the surface of your tile. This needs to be done at least once a week to keep your tile looking great.
When your tile has stains, you will need to be a little more aggressive in your cleaning. To remove stains on the actual tile, you will want to use a nylon scrubbing pad and chlorine-free household cleaner
It is inevitable that you will have to clean the grout of your tile floor.  Take a toothbrush as well as non-chlorine cleaner and place the cleaner directly onto the grout. With the toothbrush, simply scrub until the grout is clean.
To remove really stubborn stains, mixing equal parts of vinegar and water will effectively remove sticky stains, as well as offensive odors.

For really stubborn stains, apply the vinegar and water mixture, followed by the non-chlorine cleaner. Use the toothbrush and scrub in circles. You may have to scrub for at least three-to-five minutes before the stain will be removed from the tile surface

If the deposits of lime are left out and are not going even by scrubbing, then clean with household ammonia. You can even use the solution made by mixing vinegar and water. Thereafter, rinse properly and let it dry completely. For removing the stubborn stains, you can check out the commercial tile cleaners available in the market. Don't mix anything into the tile cleaners that contain ammonia, as it can lead to the emission of chlorine.

Natural Options for kitchen tile and grout cleaning

White vinegar is the best for cleaning kitchen tiles. It will dissolve tough dirt like greasy or filmy buildup, and will leave a streak-free shine when you're done cleaning. You may dilute the white vinegar in a bucket of hot water. About 2 or 3 tbsp. Make it stronger for built-up or especially grimy messes, or use it full strength if the tile is exceedingly filthy. The white vinegar will also clean and brighten the grout between your kitchen tiles, but won't bleach it or alter the color of the tile or grout in any way.

Baking soda is another natural option for removing grease or film from kitchen tiles. Make a runny paste with baking soda and water and scrub with a sponge. You will need to rinse this mixture away after cleaning, or it will leave a powdery residue of its own. It is an abrasive option that won't scratch your kitchen tile.
